Lounge iPass is designed to collect only the information needed to operate enquiries, bookings, payments, support, fraud prevention and legal obligations.
Information and purpose
Booking data may include contact details, passenger names, flight details, visit requirements, communications and payment transaction references. Complete card details are not stored by Lounge iPass.
Sharing and transfers
Necessary data may be shared with the selected lounge, supplier, payment provider and service providers that support the booking. Access is limited by role and purpose.
Retention and rights
Retention periods will follow operational, tax, dispute and legal needs. WordPress privacy tools support access and erasure requests where applicable, including Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act requirements.
