A booking becomes confirmed only when the stated confirmation step is complete and a booking reference is issued.

Customers must check the airport, terminal, visit date and time, flight eligibility, passenger names, immigration route and access conditions.
Supplier confirmation
Some requests require manual supplier acceptance. Payment status alone does not guarantee lounge admission where supplier confirmation is required.
At the lounge
Guests must present the required voucher and travel documents and follow lounge rules, dress codes, child supervision rules and maximum-stay limits.
